first off good job on madden 10 the game play is MUCH better. Im a online only player so most of this is just for online play.
- 5 minute quarters no accelerated clock! first it was 5 minute with accelerated clock which is too short. now its 7 minutes and even with accelerated clock the game takes forever!
- fix the highlights! whats the best part of madden? pulling off a crazzy play and showing your buddies! i dont want to see half of the play i want to see it all! you should be able to save a whole replay and make your own highlight after the game.
- play call screen. i like the new simple play call screen but you lose some options. for example if you pick a play out of By Play Type you cant change the packages like you can out of By Formation. give us something inbetween 09 and 10 where you can still see players picture and stats like 09 but still x a y like 10.
- add user stats in online career. i dont know about every1 else but i take pride in user skills. add user picks and strips to your online career stats. maybe even achievements for them.
- bring back avg opp lvl in online lobbies. it shows how good the player really is.
- in the online leaderboards you should be able to see you and your friends skill points, avg opp lvl, etc. even if not ranked in the top 10,000.
- fix the challenges please! i know im not the only 1 that has paused the game and went to make a change in the depth chart and instead of the depth chart coming up, what happenes? i waste a challenge! please move the challenge button back to its old spot!

How about you guys fix Superstar mode cause this years Superstar mode is pathetic its not fun all you do is simulate the week then jump right into another game. It would be nice to have interactions or interviews. Also i think they should add Rookies holding out if they dont get the deal they like that would be more realisitc.
Maybe updatable rosters and ratings online so people don’t have to get a new madden game every few years or so the game can be more realistic as the year progresses, also places in the NFL like Philidelphia have intense stadiums they should take that into account during home games. During half time, they sould also do some more analyzing; not just talk about highlights and stats. If games have something on the line, like first place or playoffs, it should also become more intense. Maybe add drills to practice during the week in Superstar. Also, there should be custom celebrations performed by certain players, like how Marion Barber does after a big run or Ray Lewis after a big tackle.
Fans- give them signs n make them more realistic how about right before the halftime or if the games a blowout u see some people going to get food or leaving cuz its a blow out , fix the crowd cuz it doesnt even feel like your playing home when you are cuzz the crowd is boring and cheering for everyone .

Sideline catches – They should make a sideline catch everytime when their near the sideline.
Gameplay – these guys run straight up make the running more realistic .
Tackling- It should be regular tackles not a hit stick every play , only certain guys should be able to hit stick it , n there should be less tackles watch n NFL game these guys no how to tackle . N their jerseys you should be able to pull them down by , make it so you can grab there jerseys .
Touchdowns – Fix touchdown dances they dont do anything when you score its lame as helll.

Make it an option to see cut scenes/highlights during the game, also make it an option to see the halftime stuff, and an option to have a big stat highlight appear and block half the screen when you try to play. Basically speed it up..stats can wait till the end of the game..that way they can be more in depth.

I would want to see the madden cards back like in 09. There should also be cheats. You should be able to tell your guy to throw it over the top of the field goal post. You should have a better celebration after winning the super bowl like let the fans come out and party with the winners.

i want to see more out of superstar mode!! clock management is crap. i played a game and the opponant had 80 pass attemps. and why does a qb with a rating of about 60 start over peyton manning or tom brady straight away, its so unrealistic and its the same case in every other posistion i want to try and earn the starting posistion!!! it need more game talk during the game from players!! also its needs specific drills for training camp and practise!!!
I hate people keep saying madden 2010 was gud; it was iight at best and not nothing like they made it out ot be. when you guys are making the game the number one thing you should think about is how to make the game so good kids wont stop playing it. first of all the most important thing in that game when you get tried of playing all day is dinasty and hall of fame. - not enough progression, I had 20 Td and 1,600 yard season, the next season I was rated a 78… ?? Come on man
- superstar needs to be more used, I seriously didn’t make superstar to block all game, or not be used. As a WR and Runningback, things get really boring blocking.
-no ways to train, and make progression. Seriosly make workouts, like lifting, Squating, running and benching to make your superstar buffer and faster.
- no events: I mean there’s no big press conferenses, no NFL fun challeges on the off-season.
- why can’t you tell your QB to pass to you on this play your gonna be open, I wanna be more control then just fallow te qb schedule on when he want to pass to me.
- sideline view: I always hated simming through a game, so honestly want to walk on the sidelines. Like give us a coach ( Oc or DC) you can talk to to discuss and organize future plays. Have a player to pass or catch the ball on the sidelines, or sit the bench to sim to next play your in. It makes the game more fun then dimming through it all.
- no Superbowl, Probowl Mvps… No superstar Trophy Case.
- and maybe get some New faces to create a character… There only one Hispanic face and he has a goatee, more faces.

-make stats play out on theme field. Devin hester is 99 speed yet he looks slower than in real life plus a 87 speed player can look the same speed.
- glitches happen alot, I serioulsy walk into the camera guys, ref, stadium, and players!! Cone on EA.

Fix Franchise mode: Like what Marty B said, training camps at the start of franchise mode, trades value changed cause Burgess got traded for a 4th and 5th where you could only get an OVR 70 player at best in 2010.
Also Offseason needs to change, like if u relocate have the ability to keep the uniforms and name u currently have. Drafting needs to be funner, include combines,evaluation with more depth, and a draft movie where it show the players get drafted and receive their jersey. Also include College and Retired coaches to accquire if ur after a new coach. Annoying when Bill Cower and Mike Shanahan arent if availiable even though they’re gonna have a job next year. And finally gameplay needs to be updated, like record the crowds at a real game and install that into the game, and make the sideline and crowd more realistic looking like the 2k basketball games where if u look on the sideline it actually looks like the players and improve tackling and catching so theres more varieties and fix those stupid gliches like running through a ref or running through a stadium, almost like there just painted!
Fix the obvious misses in franchise mode. The player progression and salary cap have continued to be issues year after year! The “30-year” franchise mode is really only realistic up until roughly year 5 and after that EVERY team has so much free cap space that you can’t spend it all even if you wanted to. Adding to that problem is that the players continue to suddenly develop to 99 right and left! Lastly too many good players (with ratings as high as 99) still get released to free agency.
I also completely agree with the availability of past and college coaches being a major issue.

9 maybe get the helmet view back that 2k had but make it optionable for instance you lock on a player your in helmet view

as a true madden fan i gotta say this madden waz sort of weird. the way peoplr run in the game is akward they run like theyre slow even when there lightning fast. for eg chris johnson runs the same as brandon jacobs. also more juke moves and ways to break tackles this madden is too stiff. there shud also beshould be more creative team options like different logos it been the same since i could remember.
Couple things about 2010 that i wasnt a fan of. The ability of running backs to break tackles. Any top notch running backs are newar impossible to bring down. I like that its more difficult, but when some average RB’s are running over guys like Ray Lewis, that just doesnt happen.
Inside the 2 minute warning while playing the computer, its near impossible to stop them. you could stop them all game long, but if they get the ball back inside the 2 minute warning its almost a guarentee that they score.
Qb’s in the game also while playing computer. People like Trent Edwards, and Brady Quinn shouldnt torch your secondary for 500 yards, no matter what you try, blitzing and dropping guys back into coverage.

Sorry one more thing… finally fix the FA option. When you are signing people. NHL2k .. something had it great, you could offer something and the player would come back at you with a number, and you could haggle back and forth. Also i noticed, in Madden 10 that the comuter was signing players for a lot less then I was able to, even if my team was winning. What a players wants for a team should play a bigger role. If he wants to goto a winning team then he should be willing to sign for less.

They need a widereceiver and cornerback fight for the ball thing. Like if both the widereceiever and corner jump up for a pass they both should be fighting for who get the ball because a lot of the time one guy will catch it and the other will take it away

we should be able to make playbooks then use them on in franchise mode.there should be training camp like what madden 2009 had. there should be practice squads like what the nfl has.
I think the realism element of the game is missing – loads of people of saying that the crowds look like card-board and the atmosphere is a bit ‘samey’.
It should be harded for the visiting offense’s at loud stadiums such as the superdome, or hard to kick long field goals at meadowlands where wind is a nightmare – this would affect how you play up the stretch.
Each team should have a predominent style – say the Colts and their non existent running game where you’d adjust your D-calls to ensure that manning wouldn’t be flinging it about all over the place and picking holes in the D all afternoon.
The opposition should read your audibles as you make them
The pitches look rubbish – the NFL pitches get marked, cut up etc and this should be replicated along with all the other visual improvements. The Superbowl celebration is rubbish as are TD celebrations – madden should have the smae thing as Fifa where you select your own celebration. Man you have to play almost 20 hours of football just to get there – the least thing you guys could do is make winning the SB worth it
I thought the gameplay was a bit better in Madden10, the running backs were hard to get any joy with even with staunch ‘running teams’ such as the giants, and the passing game becomes a bit predictable at times when you learn/repeat the plays a lot. Teams D’s should get more familar with your playbook the more you make the same plays across the reg season. It would force gamers to mix up the offensive strategy more, and save the ‘banker plays’ for big clutch plays. Same should apply for the Defensive strategy
There should be a morale count for each team – go on a losing streak then it becomes harder to break out of it, but if you are flying, then confidence should be be high and performances would mirror this. There should be a team ‘compatibility gauge’ so you weigh up signing players like TO because he could unsettle the team, and players should be more prone to injury (concussion for example – it would encourage you to blitz the Steeelers to get at Ben cos you might just injure him, or pick on the older players such as Brett Farve who got a beating against the Saints etc)
The challenge play facility is naff – so many times after watching a replay i wanted to challenge but couldn’t – why?

The draft is a bit of a non event. needs to be made more interesting and the commentary should be more varied.
There should be more realistic fumbles, normally the ball only ever goes about 2 yards. In the NFL its bouncing around all over the place before the ruck starts
QB’s should have a balance factor. The players seem too rigid/static in their movement – not each play pans out like it should in real life, where often the QBs throw off balance, or when being slightly spun about, or tagged. Whilst these minor contacts don’t force the QB to get sacked, they do make a difference to the effectiveness of passes etc
Why is that WR’s never seem to lose the CBs in some games, and then in others are wider open all over the show. If a WR does his man, the CB/Saftey should be busting a gut to stop him from scoring, even illegally. Rather take a penalty at the 1yd line than concede a TD!
Madden 10 is fun – it occupies a lot of my time, but time to step up the realism
Chris Johnson is the undisputed fastest man in the NFL. So how is it possible that a linebacker with a speed of 89 catches him(with no persute angle.) Realistically a coner with a speed of 98 should get outran by Johnson. Dont’t be consirned with fairness. CJ is unfair lol. but seriously now how is this possible. Idk if any else noticed this but it seems like 100% of the players with a speed of like 93 or higher “glitch” when they run and then they glitch for like a split second and then they run “normal” for like a second and then they “glitch” for another split second…and so on and so forth. But yes…plese fix this because it is incledible unrealistic. It looks terrible. I understand if the player is hurt and limps (great idea right there put that in Madden2011, if a players leg is hurt and comes back into the game make him limp!)…but i mean come on theres nothing wrong with the guy and he glitches. Make it more realistic and have CJ and all other fast players BURN people!!!!!!
Superstar mode needs to have way more options! more training interviews. Bring something like the crib from 2k5. Highlights at half time and after game. Bring back madden cards like fumblitious.
Hey i have never been a fan of superstar but the franchise mode was better so was the overall game play, but the combine, draft free agency, and training of players seems a bit behind the gameplay. I don’t know how to do your job but would it be possible to introduce during the offseason something like the OTA’s or a training camp, to assist in the progression of players. Would it be possible to talk players, coaches out of retirment and into the NFL agian? Recruit coaches from college (a large part in the NFL). Give us the chance to hire a GM. This would be able to create a Team chemistry aspect to Franchise. Where the GM and coach act well togeather the team responds and performs high, where the GM and coach disagree there team does badly. The draft more indepth, along with the combine, and scouting players (are you telling me that the Raiders are only scouting twenty players?) needs to be larger and more in depth. Lastly what if a fear factor was introduced? Have a D like the Ravens playing a rookie QB, he will be nervous so the D will be able to capitalize. If a QB struggles agianst a particular team then his fear is high, if he rapes them every time then he is not. This along with the chemistry and draft part seem the most vital to make it better. Otherwize well done

how about something like different draft players? Ive had like maybe ten francises on madden 10 already, and every franchise i recognize players. For example, the 1st draft always has the same players. The 2nd draft always has the same players. And so on…
Like, I drafted this WR named Afrene Scarr (very good tall receiver for all the franchisers out there “A” for potential. and 80 ovr. as a rookie. get him in the 2nd or 3rd round.) But i digress. He is always in the same draft class and its kinda retarded. I like this draftee, but i want new ppl. This isn’t the only instance either. You can get a fast talented “A” ponetiall RB in like the 4th year of every franchise in the draft. (LeRon James). But seriously EA can you please diversify draft players or classes or something. Thank you.
id say the superstar mode was disappointing, it seemed like it was just thrown in there and i got really bored with it.
id really like to see more player development such as postgame interviews to change players ego and humble attitudes, also better celebrations after winning a close game or losing in overtime, a fan interaction would be nice too…
- Make 3-4 defense realistic. DE’s in a 3-4 dont get the sacks, they use up the O-linemen so LB’s can get to the QB. And how about double teaming a good nose tackle.
- Better commentators, Collinsworth makes me cringe.
- Knocking the helmet of a player with a big hit would be nice.
- Tattoo’s on players.
- Polomalu, Kemoeatu and other pacific islander players’ hair looks really …. well dumb.
- In “creat a team” get some jersey’s with numbers on the shoulders, they all get numbers on the sleeves.
I’d like to see the ability to take part in the 2010 draft, so i can attempt to get Suh at the patriots. It would have to be an option at the start of season as i know id like to see the actual players playing for the teams that select them
I would like to see a similar mode as to NHL’s be a pro online that mode is awesome, you and say your friends can create up to say 3 or 4 player positions and play both sides of the football during the game like you play CB and on offense have another created player play QB and go into games with up to 11 on 11 online I think it would be fun because it would bring a true football experience by having you and your friends creating this team online and say playing through a season with different teams and maybe have it branched out into different divisions of like say 100 teams in the division that play against random teams of other users and at the end of the month have the top teams make it to the playoffs were they play specified opponents for that divisions superbowl all the while your players get stats and points.
On another note the online draft needs a lot, and i mean a lot more work done to it. it should be impossible to have a team of nearly all 90′s and high 80′s like i can build in a year than have no cap limit it actually makes the cpu teams retarded because the users have all the players.
Allrigh u really need to fix superstar mode. heres some things u can add to it
1. Let the player u choose go threw all the combine drills 3 cone drill, verticle jump 40 yard bench press and even all the position drills the ones the scouts really care about
2. Let ur player interact with othere players in the locker room so he can end up like a T.O or Manning or anywhere in between
3. Let ur player interact with coaches if they dont get along u might end up getting traded or something.
4.Be able to increase ur players overall in the pratices during the week.
5. Add waaaayyy more detail to there appearence not just a bunch of pre set templates make it so the person playing can customize there own face.
6. Actualy let the person weatch the draft as it happens like in the old maddens instead of jhust telling them real fast.
7. Let the person get drafted on the first day mabey if they do real good at the combine
8. Let the person play the senior bowl to.
9.endzone dances…nuff said
10.Make a bigger deal of it when th eperson retires if he did good. like do a hall of fame induction thing if there stats deserved it.
There needs to be an option for multiplayer online play. I like the coop play against the computer but I think it would be fairly possible if you could get a game of 2 on 2 going over the internet.

1: online franchise should be exactly like the off line franchise
2: i think it would be real cool if there is a 2vs2 online play with a different record the the 1vs1 record..i think a lot of players would like that
3: there should be user stats.. it should keep track of how many user pics,taks,strips;catches,sack,and more..and thats what should help players increase their skill level.
4: i hate when i get hit sticked like every time. i bet most player do to. if the opponent is good at hit stickin then there really aint a way to stop it. truck stick reall dnt work niether. and it dnt help that when the opponent hit sticks they get sucked into a perfect hitstick. i think that was the worst think in madden 2010.. i only use the hit stick but i dnt think it should be a big ass hit every time i use it.. and if i use the hit stick far away it shouldnt make the player takle like he is close. it should dive and wrap up the legs or something..and the dive takle is nuthing like that. they just dive and hope the ball carrier trip over him. they should grab the legs.
5: i know this one kinda sounds dumb but i think it would help..ea should make madden with 2 cds insteed of one. there should be one with all the game info and the 1st cd should be downloaded into the system and the second cd will have the other info. idk..
6: i hate the refs chain gang fans tuants..it just wastes ur time to make the game better..i like the refs and chain gang a lil but it gets annoying because its the same every time..and of coarse ur not gonna make 1000 ways for them to do it different so jus forget about them..
7: no matter who i use to juke it always sucks..when i juke it take like 5 secs to start running. when i juke a 1 on 1 i still snt get no where sometime cause the other players have plenty time to catch up while im jus stalled because i juked.
8: challenges suck..i dove out of bonds on the 10 yard line and i got a td..i was playing my friend so it made me mad kinda…then he challenge it and i still got the td..
9: i never saved a replay..u already know why.. please fix it.

15: 2 feet in sideline catch. make sure it cnt be taken advantage of tho.. and when they catch the ball close to the bondrie line the deffence should be able to force the player out so it aint a complete catch..
16: make sure the goal line plays cnt be ran every play like 2010…it made me mad..all the players with good records used that play about 70% of the game..seriously..i aint exadrating niether..
17: make good pocket passer be able to be a good packet passer in the game..like manning and brady…i hate wen i have to scramble with a pocket passer soon as i call hike.

OY YEA EA..for online play can u make it were u can sim the game when a player quites..kinda like when u play against the comp on 2010 but online u cant….please do that because i dnt like playing the rest of the game against the comp when my opponent quites…should never be able to accept a quite when a player quites because people take advantage of it…always finish the game but at least make it were u can simulate the rest or some of the game..
1)In pratice mode it should give you option to display on the screen what offense AND/OR defensive play that you are currently running against. This way if you are trying to learn to stop someone money play and you are running the play and for defense you pick random play and you find a good defense to stop it then you would know what defensive formation and play you are going up against while in Random play.
2)Bring back formation audibles.
3)Please bring Spectator Mode and dont give the option to turn it on or off option to allow spectators unless it would slow down the players connection speed.Also while in spector mode display the play chosen for the offense and defense so that way people can learn how to play better offense and defense.
spectator mode should def be added..but dnt show the play..people will cheat with their headsets on party chat….but it shouldnt be an option to turn it on or off..everyone that plays online madden wants it so ea please jus make it…
1. Reduce the number of trucking/break tackles in a game. Trucking should be considered more as a “WOW” moment. Doesnt happen that much in real life. It happens on madden every other two plays
2. Add REAL fade route animations to goal line where a reciever can actually have a jumb ball.
3. Elite pass rushers and run stoppers should demand more attention and create more havoc. Some of the top players in the league sometimes look like average guys on madden.
4. Make speed in the open field matter. Madden 10 it is very easy to catch a fast guy down from behind with a slower guy. Example- Chris Johnson gets caught from BEHIND a lot on that game. It never happens in real life. Dont believe me check youtube.
5. Weight and strength should matter more when it comes to tackling and blocking. There is no way a 185 pound corner can come up and hitstick Brandon Jacobs
6. Small backs who cant truck in real life should not be able to truck or drag lineman and linebackers around. Happens too much in the previous maddens.
7. More and better gang tackle animations.
8. Reduce the number of fight for fumble scenes especially when a guy is laying on the ball for two seconds.
9. Deep passing game tuned. It seems like every corner can stick with every reciever on a deep route.
10. Fix DB awareness. DBs should not be able to locate and swat down balls with their back turned to the play unless someone takes control of them.
11. Add animations to where the WRs and DBs have to actually turn and look for the ball before they can make a play. PENDING RATINGS ON HOW EFFECTIVE THEY CAN BE.
12. More updated content such as new plays and formations that teams use during regular season, some new animations, and team tendencies.
13. Sidelines should look more realistic. We are in the year 2010 and there are people still on the sidelines on madden wearing jersey numbers 00. Come on EA!!!!
14. Better interaction with NCAA 2011 as far as importing players. Players overall rating should not be rated as high as 90s coming into the league. Also, if I do a scouting report on a player and his speed is a 4.2 I expect for his speed to be in the 90s not a 84. COME ON EA!!!
15. Better player progression system on franchise. If I have a guy that is a 78 rating and he makes the pro bowl, why is his rating still a 78 in the next season??
16. More player accessories such as eyeblack, mouthpieces, and extended neckrolls.
17. More presentation scenes.
18.Have a player updating system kinda like NBA 2k10s NBA Today

on madden 11 i want to see is after yhe game is over to see the coach yell at the to team for loseing and if they win the divison championship. And if they win the AFC or NFC championship show it. and put in players interveus and the coach’s. and if a team make’s a good trade on the game it shoud tell you so nyou can be ready for that player.
I hate when you are a d-lineman and you fall down right next to the quarterback and cant grab him, or when you get to the quarterback and he throws the ball at the ground. I hate when when you throw a deep pass and your reciever never comes back to the ball and the corner does and it gets swatted or picked off. I think in 2011 these problems should be fixed
they should have run power ,trucking, and balance as different attributes, trucking is running over somebody. Run power is like dragging people for extra yards or hitting pile and pushing it. Balance is like getting arm tackled at the legs and staying up like ray rice.
Players should have special things they can do like 4th quarter comeback or ball hawk like in all pro 2k
Fix superstar mode-it was awful this year! Go back to Madden ’08 where we had lifestyle progressions, combine, DNA agent interaction etc and improve it from there. What if we could actually use the money we were making to interact externally-make investments, chose our new house, go bust- If I’m playing superstar mode then I want to live like a superstar. I want the trouble, the bankruptcy and the drama that comes with it.

Small things go a long way… Falling pylons, knocked off helmets, different cleats, lots of create a player options. Things like that could help make next years game just that much better.
Add Espn Cbs fox and Nbc…. Cbs and fox for sunday games…. espn monday night and nbc for sunday night..
THey should have all diffeernt intros to each show.
they should also have diffent scoreboards for each show like in real life And on fox they should do that thing were the down and yards are on the field .. like it will say 1st and 10 on the field.

Here are a Few things I would like to see in madden.
Madden Cards back in. Not the nfl players, but the Legends, Cheats, Teams, ect.
More Indepth stadium creation. I know the past few years when I have moved teams, I have to basically make the best stadiums over and over again. We need full customizible of what the stadium looks like, From how many sections their is to stadium shape to jumbotron sizes to turf.
Bring back Training camp/madden bus. I loved the madden bus challenges that was in madden 2003 and I love the training in the week style that espn 2k5 brought to the table
Different announcers depending on game. We need to have a full line rotation from CBS announcers to Fox announcers to SNF and MNF announcers. Also, bring back John madden as a commentatior and have Gus Johnson be one of the main announcers for CBS.
Madden Moments/SB Moments. Have the ability of playing old superbowl moments or great moments in history such as the Drive to the Immacualble Recipiton.
Drills during Franchise mode accually increase stats of the player

Totally make the Franchise mode more like Madden 2006. I miss the radio shows, the newspapers, the training camps and such. Catching needs to be fixed, as well as collisions. Running may need to be tweaked. Superstar could be better as some have said (interviews, time, etc.). Madden Cards are always awesome. Bring back classic teams like in 06. And finally, whatever happened to helmets being knocked off?? I loved seeing stuff like that after a big hit. Maybe take some things from Espn nfl 2k5, like in dynasty where they did the Interviews with players at halftime and such. Weekly training would be cool too.

11. Add animations to where the WRs and DBs have to actually turn and look for the ball before they can make a play. PENDING RATINGS ON HOW EFFECTIVE THEY CAN BE.

13. Sidelines should look more realistic. We are in the year 2010 and there are people still on the sidelines on madden wearing jersey numbers 00. Come on EA!!!!
14. Better interaction with NCAA 2011 as far as importing players. Players overall rating should not be rated as high as 90s coming into the league. Also, if I do a scouting report on a player and his speed is a 4.2 I expect for his speed to be in the 90s not a 84. COME ON EA!!!
15. Better player progression system on franchise. If I have a guy that is a 78 rating and he makes the pro bowl, why is his rating still a 78 in the next season??
16. More player accessories such as eyeblack, mouthpieces, and extended neckrolls.
i think they need tattoos on players and just more big play moments like i want the anouncers to be like omg!!! yelling and stuff after like a game winning catch or superbowl. jersy tackles, players elbows bleading, war paint, mouth peices, and the dreads are terrible on the game i havent seen anyones deads just stay together like that, and tipped interceptions would be good and snatching the ball from another player while their catcting it, more intensed gameplay, more collisions i wanna see a hit that you kno there not getting up from
Superstar mode- really need to make it more in depth, trades, PICKING YOUR NUMBER, combine, and how about you don’t start from the get-go. Like NCAA you have to prove yourself that would be great, and if your 2nd string and its a close one how about being subed in. I don’t know about the rest of you. My runnningbacks were in the 70s over all speed close to 90 everything good. Besides Staminia Strength agility all that. there we’re not enough points to make a well rounded player. In madden 2010 the Super Star mode was boring and the Franchise mode was good,but not as good 2008 I think

What in the hell happened to adjusting the players in different formations? Having different skill players(such as the 3 talented running backs for the Cowboys) as the starter in different formations was a huge success for me in past Madden games. Having to constantly change players roster positions is terrible!!! Can someone fix this?
1. PROGRESSION – Terribly unrealistic. My QB was the NFL MVP and progressed from overall 65 to 68. So even though he’s now the best QB in the league, he’s still worse than Pat White. We could call it a ‘fluke year’ and put him in the 80′s. And if he does it 2 years in a row, he should progress to the 90′s. I wouldn’t be afraid to REGRESS young players who don’t perform either. But allocating a player A to F for progression just doesn’t make sense. With so many young players emerging in the NFL, PROGRESSION should be adjusted on a PERCENTILE basis. Progression should occur during the season too – not just after it – look at Miles Austin’s and Sidney Rice’s emergence for example.
2. MORE FREE AGENTS – Don’t cut players off the free agenct list, until they:
a) Get too old and retire.
b) Have had no suitors after three seasons.
c) Free Agents need to regress gradually too
3. ENHANCE THE DRAFT! – Make bigger deal about the NFL DRAFT, Have a podium! Have someone announce the picks! Increase the build-up with mock drafts, so you get shocked when some team makes a ballsy pick.
4. IMPROVE CONTRACTS! – Separate restricted Free Agents from Unrestricted free agents. We all know the difference and it should be easy, more fun, and way more realistic.
5. MORE SIDELINE SHOTS – Let’s see more shots of guys on the sideline, like your O and D co-ordinator. It would be good to see guys on the bench with the players names on the jerseys.
6. SUBSTITUTIONS – Can we please be able to set substitutions during the week rather than in the 3 seconds you have to decide a play? It’s a finicky proccedure and too much meddling in a short space of time. I’d like to do things like set up my No. 3 DT as a NT when I set up occasionally in 3-4 etc.
7. REWARD THE WINNER – Please improve the feeling of winning a Superbowl.
8. SCHEDULE VISITS – Schedule visits with Free Agents. Try to arrange an early one or risk him going to another team.

franchise mode progession should be increased more for the players..
linebackers-if they have a 40 takles in a season they progress a lil..but if they have 70 takles it boosts the progression and like 100 will be like the last lev for takles to progres and if a linebacker has 7 sacks progress a lil 15 sacks a lil more and 20 sack is the last level for sacks..u know wat i mean..that would be a great idea…int,saks,takles, and def rushing the qb if a LB is hitting the qb alot and not getting the sack he should still get credit for it..so i think they should make that like a stat for the game and help the linebacker progress to..it should be like this for every pos in the madden franchise
I really like all the good comments that alot of people are saying on here. The only thing I would like to suggest is that on Superstar Mode, your superstar can get traded. On your superstar mode a few more things that just came to me. Have your superstar not be so horrible in the drills that he does. Every QB I create on there, is flat out horrible with no throwing power and horrible accuracy. Give us the ability to adjust the some of the levels (like ratings in categories) to get the QB, for example, to at least an 80 OVR for our rookie year, then let over time our gameplay and practice sessions raise or lower the ratings. Do this before we get to the all before we get drafted.
Also, I would love the ability to try out a player for the reason to see if he fits into your offensive/ defensive scheme. Like someone said earlier… schedule visits to see the players interest on coming to that team.
Keep “the coach” setting in the game. I liked Head Coach, and this is the best way to where you don’t have to create two seperate games. Other than that, EA… Keep improving. We, as fans, to see that you are trying.

9. WEEKLY HIGHLIGHT PROGRAMS – This is one of the many reasons fans were angry to see the end of the ESPN 2K series in 2005. Madden finally got up to speed in 2010 with The Extra Point – congrats. But it STILL lacks actual highlight footage from the weekly games. If NBA 2K and even NFL 2K5 can manage this – why can’t Madden? Laziness!
10. EXTRA SIDELINE DETAILS – I mentioned the importance of sideline details in point 5 above, but there’s more: When you watch games on TV, they always talk about players/coaches and draw the camera to them as they do. That’s what we want to see. If, say, Jared Allen, comes off the field after a 3rd-down sack, I wanna see the camera pan to him while he sits on the bench sipping Gatorade, and the commentators talk him up. If and offensive co-ordinator runs a successful play, I wanna see the camera on him as he talk behind his clipboard. If there’s a 1/4-time, cut to some cheerleaders and fans. Also, occasionally catch the bench discussing plays with each other. I wanna see names on jerseys – and helmets off!

The best upgrade for online play/franchise would be to add visual game-cast for other league members can watch games of other team owners. I’ve ran a few franchise leagues and this is by far the most wanted upgrade. This will be something everyone will enjoy. Being able to watch games and scout possible opponents will be the best ever!!!!

first off good job on madden 10 the game play is MUCH better. Im a online only player so most of this is just for online play.
- 5 minute quarters no accelerated clock! first it was 5 minute with accelerated clock which is too short. now its 7 minutes and even with accelerated clock the game takes forever!
- fix the highlights! whats the best part of madden? pulling off a crazzy play and showing your buddies! i dont want to see half of the play i want to see it all! you should be able to save a whole replay and make your own highlight after the game.
- play call screen. i like the new simple play call screen but you lose some options. for example if you pick a play out of By Play Type you cant change the packages like you can out of By Formation. give us something inbetween 09 and 10 where you can still see players picture and stats like 09 but still x a y like 10.
- add user stats in online career. i dont know about every1 else but i take pride in user skills. add user picks and strips to your online career stats. maybe even achievements for them.
- bring back avg opp lvl in online lobbies. it shows how good the player really is.
- in the online leaderboards you should be able to see you and your friends skill points, avg opp lvl, etc. even if not ranked in the top 10,000.
- fix the challenges please! i know im not the only 1 that has paused the game and went to make a change in the depth chart and instead of the depth chart coming up, what happenes? i waste a challenge! please move the challenge button back to its old spot!

How about you guys fix Superstar mode cause this years Superstar mode is pathetic its not fun all you do is simulate the week then jump right into another game. It would be nice to have interactions or interviews. Also i think they should add Rookies holding out if they dont get the deal they like that would be more realisitc.
Maybe updatable rosters and ratings online so people don’t have to get a new madden game every few years or so the game can be more realistic as the year progresses, also places in the NFL like Philidelphia have intense stadiums they should take that into account during home games. During half time, they sould also do some more analyzing; not just talk about highlights and stats. If games have something on the line, like first place or playoffs, it should also become more intense. Maybe add drills to practice during the week in Superstar. Also, there should be custom celebrations performed by certain players, like how Marion Barber does after a big run or Ray Lewis after a big tackle.
Fans- give them signs n make them more realistic how about right before the halftime or if the games a blowout u see some people going to get food or leaving cuz its a blow out , fix the crowd cuz it doesnt even feel like your playing home when you are cuzz the crowd is boring and cheering for everyone .

Make it an option to see cut scenes/highlights during the game, also make it an option to see the halftime stuff, and an option to have a big stat highlight appear and block half the screen when you try to play. Basically speed it up..stats can wait till the end of the game..that way they can be more in depth.

I would want to see the madden cards back like in 09. There should also be cheats. You should be able to tell your guy to throw it over the top of the field goal post. You should have a better celebration after winning the super bowl like let the fans come out and party with the winners.

I hate people keep saying madden 2010 was gud; it was iight at best and not nothing like they made it out ot be. when you guys are making the game the number one thing you should think about is how to make the game so good kids wont stop playing it. first of all the most important thing in that game when you get tried of playing all day is dinasty and hall of fame. Sorry but it felt like 2010 had no effort. First no combines, then no emails ( not like I missed it) but literally made SS mode plain horrible this year. I can help you guys!!

- Nfl draft: make a video on it, I mean make the NFL draft special. Have it showing your
super star you made get drafted, I’m sure everyone wishes to see their superstar who most likely themselves get drafted holding a franchises jersey. Plus bragging happens when you see your self get drafted high.
Superstar mode:
- not enough progression, I had 20 Td and 1,600 yard season, the next season I was rated a 78… ?? Come on man
- superstar needs to be more used, I seriously didn’t make superstar to block all game, or not be used. As a WR and Runningback, things get really boring blocking.
-no ways to train, and make progression. Seriosly make workouts, like lifting, Squating, running and benching to make your superstar buffer and faster.
- no events: I mean there’s no big press conferenses, no NFL fun challeges on the off-season.
- why can’t you tell your QB to pass to you on this play your gonna be open, I wanna be more control then just fallow te qb schedule on when he want to pass to me.
- sideline view: I always hated simming through a game, so honestly want to walk on the sidelines. Like give us a coach ( Oc or DC) you can talk to to discuss and organize future plays. Have a player to pass or catch the ball on the sidelines, or sit the bench to sim to next play your in. It makes the game more fun then dimming through it all.
- no Superbowl, Probowl Mvps… No superstar Trophy Case.
- and maybe get some New faces to create a character… There only one Hispanic face and he has a goatee, more faces.

- make GM more fun, make trades more interesting. Drafting was not fun, of corse I imagine drafting on xbox live is better, I like draft Real people not made up.
- can’t progress certian player, didn’t like how EA gave certian player their potential, all players rated a d or a f never made it, you should be able to give your own opinion on player potential, I really wanted to coach a player to get better.

- glitches happen alot, I serioulsy walk into the camera guys, ref, stadium, and players!! Cone on EA.

- blocking needs to improve, running the ball so hard on 2010.

Fix Franchise mode: Like what Marty B said, training camps at the start of franchise mode, trades value changed cause Burgess got traded for a 4th and 5th where you could only get an OVR 70 player at best in 2010.
Also Offseason needs to change, like if u relocate have the ability to keep the uniforms and name u currently have. Drafting needs to be funner, include combines,evaluation with more depth, and a draft movie where it show the players get drafted and receive their jersey. Also include College and Retired coaches to accquire if ur after a new coach. Annoying when Bill Cower and Mike Shanahan arent if availiable even though they’re gonna have a job next year. And finally gameplay needs to be updated, like record the crowds at a real game and install that into the game, and make the sideline and crowd more realistic looking like the 2k basketball games where if u look on the sideline it actually looks like the players and improve tackling and catching so theres more varieties and fix those stupid gliches like running through a ref or running through a stadium, almost like there just painted!
Fix the obvious misses in franchise mode. The player progression and salary cap have continued to be issues year after year! The “30-year” franchise mode is really only realistic up until roughly year 5 and after that EVERY team has so much free cap space that you can’t spend it all even if you wanted to. Adding to that problem is that the players continue to suddenly develop to 99 right and left! Lastly too many good players (with ratings as high as 99) still get released to free agency.
I also completely agree with the availability of past and college coaches being a major issue.
1 Training camp but not the old one do one like ncaa did a few years ago or like when they allowed you to do the senior bowl

as a true madden fan i gotta say this madden waz sort of weird. the way peoplr run in the game is akward they run like theyre slow even when there lightning fast. for eg chris johnson runs the same as brandon jacobs. also more juke moves and ways to break tackles this madden is too stiff. there shud also beshould be more creative team options like different logos it been the same since i could remember.
Couple things about 2010 that i wasnt a fan of. The ability of running backs to break tackles. Any top notch running backs are newar impossible to bring down. I like that its more difficult, but when some average RB’s are running over guys like Ray Lewis, that just doesnt happen.
Inside the 2 minute warning while playing the computer, its near impossible to stop them. you could stop them all game long, but if they get the ball back inside the 2 minute warning its almost a guarentee that they score.
Qb’s in the game also while playing computer. People like Trent Edwards, and Brady Quinn shouldnt torch your secondary for 500 yards, no matter what you try, blitzing and dropping guys back into coverage.

Sorry one more thing… finally fix the FA option. When you are signing people. NHL2k .. something had it great, you could offer something and the player would come back at you with a number, and you could haggle back and forth. Also i noticed, in Madden 10 that the comuter was signing players for a lot less then I was able to, even if my team was winning. What a players wants for a team should play a bigger role. If he wants to goto a winning team then he should be willing to sign for less.

They need a widereceiver and cornerback fight for the ball thing. Like if both the widereceiever and corner jump up for a pass they both should be fighting for who get the ball because a lot of the time one guy will catch it and the other will take it away

we should be able to make playbooks then use them on in franchise mode.there should be training camp like what madden 2009 had. there should be practice squads like what the nfl has.
I think the realism element of the game is missing – loads of people of saying that the crowds look like card-board and the atmosphere is a bit ‘samey’.
It should be harded for the visiting offense’s at loud stadiums such as the superdome, or hard to kick long field goals at meadowlands where wind is a nightmare – this would affect how you play up the stretch.
Each team should have a predominent style – say the Colts and their non existent running game where you’d adjust your D-calls to ensure that manning wouldn’t be flinging it about all over the place and picking holes in the D all afternoon.
The opposition should read your audibles as you make them
The pitches look rubbish – the NFL pitches get marked, cut up etc and this should be replicated along with all the other visual improvements. The Superbowl celebration is rubbish as are TD celebrations – madden should have the smae thing as Fifa where you select your own celebration. Man you have to play almost 20 hours of football just to get there – the least thing you guys could do is make winning the SB worth it
I thought the gameplay was a bit better in Madden10, the running backs were hard to get any joy with even with staunch ‘running teams’ such as the giants, and the passing game becomes a bit predictable at times when you learn/repeat the plays a lot. Teams D’s should get more familar with your playbook the more you make the same plays across the reg season. It would force gamers to mix up the offensive strategy more, and save the ‘banker plays’ for big clutch plays. Same should apply for the Defensive strategy
There should be a morale count for each team – go on a losing streak then it becomes harder to break out of it, but if you are flying, then confidence should be be high and performances would mirror this. There should be a team ‘compatibility gauge’ so you weigh up signing players like TO because he could unsettle the team, and players should be more prone to injury (concussion for example – it would encourage you to blitz the Steeelers to get at Ben cos you might just injure him, or pick on the older players such as Brett Farve who got a beating against the Saints etc)
The challenge play facility is naff – so many times after watching a replay i wanted to challenge but couldn’t – why?
there should be an elemet of icing on big kicks to build the tension – could use the rumble pack on controllers to replicate the vibration of the stadium, or the kickers heartbeat
The draft is a bit of a non event. needs to be made more interesting and the commentary should be more varied.
There should be more realistic fumbles, normally the ball only ever goes about 2 yards. In the NFL its bouncing around all over the place before the ruck starts
QB’s should have a balance factor. The players seem too rigid/static in their movement – not each play pans out like it should in real life, where often the QBs throw off balance, or when being slightly spun about, or tagged. Whilst these minor contacts don’t force the QB to get sacked, they do make a difference to the effectiveness of passes etc
Why is that WR’s never seem to lose the CBs in some games, and then in others are wider open all over the show. If a WR does his man, the CB/Saftey should be busting a gut to stop him from scoring, even illegally. Rather take a penalty at the 1yd line than concede a TD!
Madden 10 is fun – it occupies a lot of my time, but time to step up the realism
Chris Johnson is the undisputed fastest man in the NFL. So how is it possible that a linebacker with a speed of 89 catches him(with no persute angle.) Realistically a coner with a speed of 98 should get outran by Johnson. Dont’t be consirned with fairness. CJ is unfair lol.
but seriously now how is this possible. Idk if any else noticed this but it seems like 100% of the players with a speed of like 93 or higher “glitch” when they run and then they glitch for like a split second and then they run “normal” for like a second and then they “glitch” for another split second…and so on and so forth. But yes…plese fix this because it is incledible unrealistic. It looks terrible. I understand if the player is hurt and limps (great idea right there put that in Madden2011, if a players leg is hurt and comes back into the game make him limp!)…but i mean come on theres nothing wrong with the guy and he glitches. Make it more realistic and have CJ and all other fast players BURN people!!!!!! 
Superstar mode needs to have way more options! more training interviews. Bring something like the crib from 2k5. Highlights at half time and after game. Bring back madden cards like fumblitious.
Hey i have never been a fan of superstar but the franchise mode was better so was the overall game play, but the combine, draft free agency, and training of players seems a bit behind the gameplay. I don’t know how to do your job but would it be possible to introduce during the offseason something like the OTA’s or a training camp, to assist in the progression of players. Would it be possible to talk players, coaches out of retirment and into the NFL agian? Recruit coaches from college (a large part in the NFL). Give us the chance to hire a GM. This would be able to create a Team chemistry aspect to Franchise. Where the GM and coach act well togeather the team responds and performs high, where the GM and coach disagree there team does badly. The draft more indepth, along with the combine, and scouting players (are you telling me that the Raiders are only scouting twenty players?) needs to be larger and more in depth. Lastly what if a fear factor was introduced? Have a D like the Ravens playing a rookie QB, he will be nervous so the D will be able to capitalize. If a QB struggles agianst a particular team then his fear is high, if he rapes them every time then he is not. This along with the chemistry and draft part seem the most vital to make it better. Otherwize well done

how about something like different draft players? Ive had like maybe ten francises on madden 10 already, and every franchise i recognize players. For example, the 1st draft always has the same players. The 2nd draft always has the same players. And so on…
Like, I drafted this WR named Afrene Scarr (very good tall receiver for all the franchisers out there “A” for potential. and 80 ovr. as a rookie. get him in the 2nd or 3rd round.) But i digress. He is always in the same draft class and its kinda retarded. I like this draftee, but i want new ppl. This isn’t the only instance either. You can get a fast talented “A” ponetiall RB in like the 4th year of every franchise in the draft. (LeRon James). But seriously EA can you please diversify draft players or classes or something. - Better commentators, Collinsworth makes me cringe.

- Tattoo’s on players.
- Polomalu, Kemoeatu and other pacific islander players’ hair looks really …. well dumb.
- In “creat a team” get some jersey’s with numbers on the shoulders, they all get numbers on the sleeves.

I’d like to see the ability to take part in the 2010 draft, so i can attempt to get Suh at the patriots. It would have to be an option at the start of season as i know id like to see the actual players playing for the teams that select them
I would like to see a similar mode as to NHL’s be a pro online that mode is awesome, you and say your friends can create up to say 3 or 4 player positions and play both sides of the football during the game like you play CB and on offense have another created player play QB and go into games with up to 11 on 11 online I think it would be fun because it would bring a true football experience by having you and your friends creating this team online and say playing through a season with different teams and maybe have it branched out into different divisions of like say 100 teams in the division that play against random teams of other users and at the end of the month have the top teams make it to the playoffs were they play specified opponents for that divisions superbowl all the while your players get stats and points.
On another note the online draft needs a lot, and i mean a lot more work done to it. it should be impossible to have a team of nearly all 90′s and high 80′s like i can build in a year than have no cap limit it actually makes the cpu teams retarded because the users have all the players.
Allrigh u really need to fix superstar mode. heres some things u can add to it
1. Let the player u choose go threw all the combine drills 3 cone drill, verticle jump 40 yard bench press and even all the position drills the ones the scouts really care about
2. Let ur player interact with othere players in the locker room so he can end up like a T.O or Manning or anywhere in between
3. Let ur player interact with coaches if they dont get along u might end up getting traded or something.
4.Be able to increase ur players overall in the pratices during the week.
5. Add waaaayyy more detail to there appearence not just a bunch of pre set templates make it so the person playing can customize there own face.
6. Actualy let the person weatch the draft as it happens like in the old maddens instead of jhust telling them real fast.
7. Let the person get drafted on the first day mabey if they do real good at the combine
8. Let the person play the senior bowl to.
9.endzone dances…nuff said
10.Make a bigger deal of it when th eperson retires if he did good. like do a hall of fame induction thing if there stats deserved it.

There needs to be an option for multiplayer online play. I like the coop play against the computer but I think it would be fairly possible if you could get a game of 2 on 2 going over the internet.

9. Update superstar mode (this is broken right now)

12. Filter ratings: i.e. by speed, by awareness etc. (ditto, used to be able to on madden 07 wii)

17. VERY RARELY, a players helmet comes off, or a players shoulder pads are showing

they should definitely integrate the scouting combine into the superstar mode. i think that would be awesome.
1: online franchise should be exactly like the off line franchise
2: i think it would be real cool if there is a 2vs2 online play with a different record the the 1vs1 record..i think a lot of players would like that
3: there should be user stats.. it should keep track of how many user pics,taks,strips;catches,sack,and more..and thats what should help players increase their skill level.
4: i hate when i get hit sticked like every time. i bet most player do to. if the opponent is good at hit stickin then there really aint a way to stop it. truck stick reall dnt work niether. and it dnt help that when the opponent hit sticks they get sucked into a perfect hitstick. i think that was the worst think in madden 2010.. i only use the hit stick but i dnt think it should be a big ass hit every time i use it.. and if i use the hit stick far away it shouldnt make the player takle like he is close. it should dive and wrap up the legs or something..and the dive takle is nuthing like that. they just dive and hope the ball carrier trip over him. they should grab the legs.
5: i know this one kinda sounds dumb but i think it would help..ea should make madden with 2 cds insteed of one. there should be one with all the game info and the 1st cd should be downloaded into the system and the second cd will have the other info. idk..
6: i hate the refs chain gang fans tuants..it just wastes ur time to make the game better..i like the refs and chain gang a lil but it gets annoying because its the same every time..and of coarse ur not gonna make 1000 ways for them to do it different so jus forget about them..
7: no matter who i use to juke it always sucks..when i juke it take like 5 secs to start running. when i juke a 1 on 1 i still snt get no where sometime cause the other players have plenty time to catch up while im jus stalled because i juked.
8: challenges suck..i dove out of bonds on the 10 yard line and i got a td..i was playing my friend so it made me mad kinda…then he challenge it and i still got the td..

16: make sure the goal line plays cnt be ran every play like 2010…it made me mad..all the players with good records used that play about 70% of the game..seriously..i aint exadrating niether..
17: make good pocket passer be able to be a good packet passer in the game..like manning and brady…i hate wen i have to scramble with a pocket passer soon as i call hike.

OY YEA EA..for online play can u make it were u can sim the game when a player quites..kinda like when u play against the comp on 2010 but online u cant….please do that because i dnt like playing the rest of the game against the comp when my opponent quites…should never be able to accept a quite when a player quites because people take advantage of it…always finish the game but at least make it were u can simulate the rest or some of the game..
1)In pratice mode it should give you option to display on the screen what offense AND/OR defensive play that you are currently running against. This way if you are trying to learn to stop someone money play and you are running the play and for defense you pick random play and you find a good defense to stop it then you would know what defensive formation and play you are going up against while in Random play.
2)Bring back formation audibles.
3)Please bring Spectator Mode and dont give the option to turn it on or off option to allow spectators unless it would slow down the players connection speed.Also while in spector mode display the play chosen for the offense and defense so that way people can learn how to play better offense and defense.
spectator mode should def be added..but dnt show the play..people will cheat with their headsets on party chat….but it shouldnt be an option to turn it on or off..everyone that plays online madden wants it so ea please jus make it…
ea make it where john madden comes to some of the games and make pick before every sunday games
1. Reduce the number of trucking/break tackles in a game. Trucking should be considered more as a “WOW” moment. Doesnt happen that much in real life. It happens on madden every other two plays
2. Add REAL fade route animations to goal line where a reciever can actually have a jumb ball.
3. Elite pass rushers and run stoppers should demand more attention and create more havoc. Some of the top players in the league sometimes look like average guys on madden.
4. Make speed in the open field matter. Madden 10 it is very easy to catch a fast guy down from behind with a slower guy. Example- Chris Johnson gets caught from BEHIND a lot on that game. It never happens in real life. Dont believe me check youtube.
5. Weight and strength should matter more when it comes to tackling and blocking. There is no way a 185 pound corner can come up and hitstick Brandon Jacobs
6. Small backs who cant truck in real life should not be able to truck or drag lineman and linebackers around. Happens too much in the previous maddens.
7. More and better gang tackle animations.
8. Reduce the number of fight for fumble scenes especially when a guy is laying on the ball for two seconds.
9. Deep passing game tuned. It seems like every corner can stick with every reciever on a deep route.

14. Better interaction with NCAA 2011 as far as importing players. Players overall rating should not be rated as high as 90s coming into the league. Also, if I do a scouting report on a player and his speed is a 4.2 I expect for his speed to be in the 90s not a 84. COME ON EA!!!
15. Better player progression system on franchise. If I have a guy that is a 78 rating and he makes the pro bowl, why is his rating still a 78 in the next season??
16. More player accessories such as eyeblack, mouthpieces, and extended neckrolls.
17. More presentation scenes.

on madden 11 i want to see is after yhe game is over to see the coach yell at the to team for loseing and if they win the divison championship. And if they win the AFC or NFC championship show it. and put in players interveus and the coach’s. and if a team make’s a good trade on the game it shoud tell you so nyou can be ready for that player.

I hate when you are a d-lineman and you fall down right next to the quarterback and cant grab him, or when you get to the quarterback and he throws the ball at the ground. I hate when when you throw a deep pass and your reciever never comes back to the ball and the corner does and it gets swatted or picked off. I think in 2011 these problems should be fixed
they should have run power ,trucking, and balance as different attributes, trucking is running over somebody. Run power is like dragging people for extra yards or hitting pile and pushing it. Balance is like getting arm tackled at the legs and staying up like ray rice.
Players should have special things they can do like 4th quarter comeback or ball hawk like in all pro 2k
Fix superstar mode-it was awful this year! Go back to Madden ’08 where we had lifestyle progressions, combine, DNA agent interaction etc and improve it from there. What if we could actually use the money we were making to interact externally-make investments, chose our new house, go bust- If I’m playing superstar mode then I want to live like a superstar. I want the trouble, the bankruptcy and the drama that comes with it.
Once again it was awful this year. It feels like the Madden crew have put so much emphasis on improving the aesthetics the gameplay has actually regressed. The game’s just not as much fun as it used to be-even franchise mode is a bit wooden, used to love the radio and bits and pieces like that.

Small things go a long way… Falling pylons, knocked off helmets, different cleats, lots of create a player options. Things like that could help make next years game just that much better.

Here are a Few things I would like to see in madden.
Madden Cards back in. Not the nfl players, but the Legends, Cheats, Teams, ect.
More Indepth stadium creation. I know the past few years when I have moved teams, I have to basically make the best stadiums over and over again. We need full customizible of what the stadium looks like, From how many sections their is to stadium shape to jumbotron sizes to turf.
Bring back Training camp/madden bus. I loved the madden bus challenges that was in madden 2003 and I love the training in the week style that espn 2k5 brought to the table
Different announcers depending on game. We need to have a full line rotation from CBS announcers to Fox announcers to SNF and MNF announcers. Also, bring back John madden as a commentatior and have Gus Johnson be one of the main announcers for CBS.
Madden Moments/SB Moments. Have the ability of playing old superbowl moments or great moments in history such as the Drive to the Immacualble Recipiton.
Drills during Franchise mode accually increase stats of the player

Totally make the Franchise mode more like Madden 2006. I miss the radio shows, the newspapers, the training camps and such. Catching needs to be fixed, as well as collisions. Running may need to be tweaked. Superstar could be better as some have said (interviews, time, etc.). Madden Cards are always awesome. Bring back classic teams like in 06. And finally, whatever happened to helmets being knocked off?? I loved seeing stuff like that after a big hit. Maybe take some things from Espn nfl 2k5, like in dynasty where they did the Interviews with players at halftime and such. Weekly training would be cool too.

1. Reduce the number of trucking/break tackles in a game. Trucking should be considered more as a “WOW†moment. Doesnt happen that much in real life. It happens on madden every other two plays
2. Add REAL fade route animations to goal line where a reciever can actually have a jumb ball.
3. Elite pass rushers and run stoppers should demand more attention and create more havoc. Some of the top players in the league sometimes look like average guys on madden.
4. Make speed in the open field matter. Madden 10 it is very easy to catch a fast guy down from behind with a slower guy. Example- Chris Johnson gets caught from BEHIND a lot on that game. It never happens in real life. Dont believe me check youtube.
5. Weight and strength should matter more when it comes to tackling and blocking. There is no way a 185 pound corner can come up and hitstick Brandon Jacobs
6. Small backs who cant truck in real life should not be able to truck or drag lineman and linebackers around. Happens too much in the previous maddens.
7. More and better gang tackle animations.

Make the challenges to where you can challenge what you want instead of something random
i think they need tattoos on players and just more big play moments like i want the anouncers to be like omg!!! yelling and stuff after like a game winning catch or superbowl. jersy tackles, players elbows bleading, war paint, mouth peices, and the dreads are terrible on the game i havent seen anyones deads just stay together like that, and tipped interceptions would be good and snatching the ball from another player while their catcting it, more intensed gameplay, more collisions i wanna see a hit that you kno there not getting up from
Superstar mode- really need to make it more in depth, trades, PICKING YOUR NUMBER, combine, and how about you don’t start from the get-go. Like NCAA you have to prove yourself that would be great, and if your 2nd string and its a close one how about being subed in. I don’t know about the rest of you. My runnningbacks were in the 70s over all speed close to 90 everything good. Besides Staminia Strength agility all that. there we’re not enough points to make a well rounded player. Maybe something close to NHL Be a pro Mode… I don’t know, just need more depth thats all. Lets make Madden 2011 the best so we all get our 60$ worth

In madden 2010 the Super Star mode was boring and the Franchise mode was good,but not as good 2008 I think

i wish you can make the superstar mode better you dont go through the traning camp you dont go through the scouting combine make it way you can keep your man hair cut dress him for road games see when he get drafted when you import him from ncaa cuz you dont show that when you import him and let us see the contract like other players just make it like you really in the nfl with everything that comes with being a superstar on and off the field everything they go thru with practicing and indurcment deals just make it like any player from collage to the pros go through on a daily basies i me4an from meeting the coaches angents let us do the interviews and everything
What in the hell happened to adjusting the players in different formations? Having different skill players(such as the 3 talented running backs for the Cowboys) as the starter in different formations was a huge success for me in past Madden games. Having to constantly change players roster positions is terrible!!! Can someone fix this?
My Main Peeves in point form:
1. PROGRESSION – Terribly unrealistic. My QB was the NFL MVP and progressed from overall 65 to 68. So even though he’s now the best QB in the league, he’s still worse than Pat White. We could call it a ‘fluke year’ and put him in the 80′s. And if he does it 2 years in a row, he should progress to the 90′s. I wouldn’t be afraid to REGRESS young players who don’t perform either. But allocating a player A to F for progression just doesn’t make sense. With so many young players emerging in the NFL, PROGRESSION should be adjusted on a PERCENTILE basis. Progression should occur during the season too – not just after it – look at Miles Austin’s and Sidney Rice’s emergence for example.
2. MORE FREE AGENTS – Don’t cut players off the free agenct list, until they:
a) Get too old and retire.
b) Have had no suitors after three seasons.
c) Free Agents need to regress gradually too
3. ENHANCE THE DRAFT! – Make bigger deal about the NFL DRAFT, Have a podium! Have someone announce the picks! Increase the build-up with mock drafts, so you get shocked when some team makes a ballsy pick.
4. IMPROVE CONTRACTS! – Separate restricted Free Agents from Unrestricted free agents. We all know the difference and it should be easy, more fun, and way more realistic.
5. MORE SIDELINE SHOTS – Let’s see more shots of guys on the sideline, like your O and D co-ordinator. It would be good to see guys on the bench with the players names on the jerseys.
6. SUBSTITUTIONS – Can we please be able to set substitutions during the week rather than in the 3 seconds you have to decide a play? It’s a finicky proccedure and too much meddling in a short space of time. I’d like to do things like set up my No. 3 DT as a NT when I set up occasionally in 3-4 etc.
7. REWARD THE WINNER – Please improve the feeling of winning a Superbowl.
8. SCHEDULE VISITS – Schedule visits with Free Agents. Try to arrange an early one or risk him going to another team.
THESE ARE THE THINGS YOU REALLY NEED TO WORK ON EA. YOU KEEP FUSSING OVER THE MECHANICS BUT WHAT WE REALLY WANT IS THIS. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. THANK YOU!
franchise mode progession should be increased more for the players..
linebackers-if they have a 40 takles in a season they progress a lil..but if they have 70 takles it boosts the progression and like 100 will be like the last lev for takles to progres and if a linebacker has 7 sacks progress a lil 15 sacks a lil more and 20 sack is the last level for sacks..u know wat i mean..that would be a great idea…int,saks,takles, and def rushing the qb if a LB is hitting the qb alot and not getting the sack he should still get credit for it..so i think they should make that like a stat for the game and help the linebacker progress to..it should be like this for every pos in the madden franchise
I really like all the good comments that alot of people are saying on here. The only thing I would like to suggest is that on Superstar Mode, your superstar can get traded. On your superstar mode a few more things that just came to me. Have your superstar not be so horrible in the drills that he does. Every QB I create on there, is flat out horrible with no throwing power and horrible accuracy. Give us the ability to adjust the some of the levels (like ratings in categories) to get the QB, for example, to at least an 80 OVR for our rookie year, then let over time our gameplay and practice sessions raise or lower the ratings. Do this before we get to the all before we get drafted.
Also, I would love the ability to try out a player for the reason to see if he fits into your offensive/ defensive scheme. Like someone said earlier… schedule visits to see the players interest on coming to that team.
Keep “the coach” setting in the game. I liked Head Coach, and this is the best way to where you don’t have to create two seperate games. Other than that, EA… Keep improving. We, as fans, to see that you are trying.
1) I would like to see the o line play closer together then all far apart it’s not like that in real life.
2) Onine no cheat I hate cheaters
3) Make rating matter
4) Put alot of people along the sideline not just players but coaches and practice squad players,camera men,security people etc…..
5) Gameplay has to be way better

I should add two more things:
9. WEEKLY HIGHLIGHT PROGRAMS – This is one of the many reasons fans were angry to see the end of the ESPN 2K series in 2005. Madden finally got up to speed in 2010 with The Extra Point – congrats. But it STILL lacks actual highlight footage from the weekly games. If NBA 2K and even NFL 2K5 can manage this – why can’t Madden? Laziness!
10. EXTRA SIDELINE DETAILS – I mentioned the importance of sideline details in point 5 above, but there’s more: When you watch games on TV, they always talk about players/coaches and draw the camera to them as they do. That’s what we want to see. If, say, Jared Allen, comes off the field after a 3rd-down sack, I wanna see the camera pan to him while he sits on the bench sipping Gatorade, and the commentators talk him up. If and offensive co-ordinator runs a successful play, I wanna see the camera on him as he talk behind his clipboard. If there’s a 1/4-time, cut to some cheerleaders and fans. Also, occasionally catch the bench discussing plays with each other. I wanna see names on jerseys – and helmets off!

I want to be much tougher for an away team to play in a home teams stadium for instance in arrow head stadium.Make it hard for u to hear and on third downs make it so loud that your controller will vibrate.And live weather if it is winter it should cold,rainy,snow,etc. not sunny in november cmon man!!!!!!!!!!!
The best upgrade for online play/franchise would be to add visual game-cast for other league members can watch games of other team owners. I’ve ran a few franchise leagues and this is by far the most wanted upgrade. This will be something everyone will enjoy. Being able to watch games and scout possible opponents will be the best ever!!!!
add injuries to the spectating mode in franchise.
i like to turn on the franchise mode and just watch the games and the game will not allow injuries.
